  • Didn’t get your download email? Check spam/promotions first, then email us with your order number and we’ll resend the links.
  • Want a refund? Our Refund Policy has the two-line process. Just email “Refund” plus your order number.
  • Not sure the Kit fits your business? The FAQ covers most of it. If you’re still unsure, tell us your industry and what you’ve tried — we’ll give you an honest answer, including “this isn’t for you” if that’s the case.
  • Agency or multiple businesses? Ask about a multi-seat license.
  • Found a mistake in the Kit? Thank you — tell us the page and we’ll fix it in the next update, which you’ll get free.

What we can’t do

We can’t review your ads, audit your website or build your marketing plan for you over email — that’s what the Kit is for, and it would be unfair to other customers. We also can’t give legal or tax advice; the compliance notes in the Kit are a starting point for a conversation with a professional in your state.
